MeanGenie,
What a wonderful piece of family research that is! Just like Happy Families, I agree, Gaie. (Every time I'm searching around the house for odd socks to make up a pair, I'm reminded of another card game we used to play in my youth, Pelmanism, where you had to make pairs from face down cards - does anyone else remember it?)
Back on topic, is this orange almost sucked dry now, or is there further mileage to be had...?

Mean Genie......What a fabulous variation on the subject...
And Oldtimer.... one of those 918 footballers was my grandmother's 1st cousin (once removed).... Arthur Locket who played for Watford at the time (but once played for England in 1903!)
