You guys are AWESOME! It just shows what dedication can bring. Thankyou all so much! If you are interested in this research, I would be most grateful for any more you may find on both sides of my family. For instance, I know my maternal grandmother had several sisters, though that is all - except I seem to remember from the days when I was a small child (in the days when God's dog was a pup) an Aunt Ivy, Aunt Edie and Aunt Elsie. There was also one in South Africa....? They are all deceased.
Alan.

Hi Alan,

Do you have Carson and Lillian's marriage certificate?  If you have, this will give Lillian's age and father's name which will help to narrow down the range of Price families!

1851 Census
? Nicholas St, Bristol
Timothy Flying  Head  Mar  43  Master Tailor  bn Cork, Ireland
Charlotte Flying  Wife  Mar  43?  Wife  bn Bedminster ??
Charlotte Flying  dau  age?  Apprentice  bn St Philips, Bristol
Hannah Flying  dau  17  Apprentice  bn St Nicholas, Bristol
Esther Flying  dau  6  Scholar  bn St NIcholas, Bristol
John Pook  lodger  23  Butcher  bn Uffeham? Devon

HO107/1948/55/11  The ages have all got thick crosses over them, so the above ages are best guesses I'm afraid.

It`s been a pleasure, though I have been going quietly insane looking for the marriage of Timothy & Charlotte  ;D  I think this could be it:-

Timothy Fleing (of this parish) & Charlotte Long Wilcox (of this parish)
11th May 1829 at St Philip & St Jacob - Banns
