Hi John, interesting photo, there seems to be quite a bit if motion going on in it, as well as a couple of ghosts

The scalloped hemlines, and the bride's mob cap, and the bandeau worn by one of the party, all indicate early 1920s to me, no later than 1925. Not quite flapper era but getting close to it

Not perfect by a long shot, but did a little clean up on it. "Borrowed" the other little girls face, as the smaller of the two was completely gone.
