1806 Birth George Johnson

Hi,

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction.

I am looking to find the birth details of a George Johnson B1806 I am unsure of exact area although beileve it is in Staffordshrie. I know that he married in 1839 at St Mary and Alsaints Church in Checkley to a Hannah Crossley B1817.

I am trying to trace this line I do know that George died in March quar.1842 in Cheadle.

Hi Amanda,

There is a George Johnson listed on the IGI as being born about 1801, in Checkley, the parents recorded being John and Mary Johnson.  This record was submitted by a LDS member after 1991.  Don't know if this is you George.
