Her mum was Sarah Ann Wood b 1848 Bilston
her  grandfather was William Wood he was a canal boatman on the CUT lol here in
Bilston West Mid
Thats where i am stuck again
They are hard to trace the boatme

I didn't live far from you at all then! I lived on the estate at the back of a "cut" by the famous pie factory in Tipton! Got a good mate who lives Daisy Bank.

I have built my family tree on a free package (which was much better than some expensive alternatives I tried) called "My Heritage" Might be too late for you now but it is possible to link trees so we could share all our data.
