Burial/death record Chinnor

I am trying to find out when my Great Great Grandmother Sarah Seymour died/was buried.  She was born in 1847 in Chinnor, went to Kensington and then the Isle of Wight.  In the 1911 Census she is back living in Kensington but I have a hunch she may have returned to Chinnor in her old age. 

I wonder whether anyone can help me at all with this?  Thank you.

Sarah   24/1/1918 age 90
Sarah Sophia 29/11/1938 age 82
going by ages I don't think either are yours
