Sue (from 2009)
Just wondering have you got anywhere further with your search for Michael O'Hare, father Francis?  I have just joined Roots Chat, and am interested in all O'Hares as I have been researching my own O'Hare ancestors from Co.Armagh for many years now.
As eadoin has pointed out already to you, Michael O'Hare, age 3, on the 1911 census from William St, Newry, Co.Down is the only one with a father Frank, and also the only one in the births on the "Irish family history foundation"website with a father Francis, baptised in Newry Roman Church in 1907 (Not 1909).  You can get a copy of this birth cert on line through this website for a small fee, 5 euro here.  Perhaps you have all this information already.
Regards,
Tiarna, Ireland.

Anyone know a Kevin Trimble**
His father, also Kevin died in N.Ireland and he and his mother**, returned to Australia, unfortunately I do not know where.  I know this is a long shot, as I have very little information to go on.   I am trying to put together a family tree, and am connected to Kevin through his grandmother Bridget Trimble (nee O'Hare).   I would be most grateful for any information on Kevin.

Moderator's Comment: Names of living people aren't allowed to be posted on Rootschat so some details have been removed from this post. If anyone can fill in more recent family details it would be best done by PM (personal message) rather than online.

Hello Tiarna.

No, sorry I haven't managed to get any further in my hunt for Michael O'Hare after he and my grandmother separated, he may have been re-married and almost certainly would have died by now, so may'be I never will - Oh well, thanks for the input anyway. (I have sent you personal message.)

Many Thanks,
Sue

Hello , I have done some research on the O'Hare family, as this is my husbands family. His GGrandfather was a Michael O'Hare born approx. 1833 Backaderry County Down, Michaels father was a Patrick O'Hare, his Mother Bridget Keenan, The O'Hare name is very prevalent in Lietrim and Backaderry, which are small villages in County Down,we visited there, the churchyard are full of O'Hare graves. Our branch of the family came over to England around 1858, where Michael married Ann Mulheron also irish, they first settled in County Durham, where Michael died in 1880. The remaining family then came to Merseyside where we still live.

Hi there,

Is Michael O'Hare born approx 1911, father's name Francis in your tree?  I never did identify Michael or what happened to him.
