Travelling times from Roche?

I was wondering if someone could tell me how long it would take to get from Roche to Bodmin and from Roche to St Austell?  Just trying to get an idea of how long it would have taken to travel the roads by horse (but car info is just as good).  Thank you in advance.
Oh one other thing:  What about Roche to London?  (thats where the family finally ended up in the late 1800s).  Thank you

Roche to st austell approx 15mins.

Roche to London approx 5hrs. All by car.
