Hi Susan,

I am married to Steven Stretch, who is the eldest son of Gillian Beckett, who I understand to be the half sister to Neville Glynn Parr ?

Doe this make sense to you?

I know it is all very complicated......I have wondered about my 'other family' for many years.

As far as I understand, Edith Myfanwy left Walter James Parr  and moved to Chester with a man called Arthur Beckett (?). My dad was the raised by his granny (Myfanwy's mother) in Summerhill - North wales.

In the late seventies when my parents lived in Upton Chester, I was introduced to a Tony Beckett (married to Bridget) - half brother to my father. There had also been a Marie Beckett (who died). I did not know there was a Gillian Beckett (?). My dad died in 1997 and it has always been painful to me that we didn't know our complete family.

I also have a brother Michael Parr.

Is Tony Beckett still alive? He will remember me. Sue
