My Mum - on a rock! - clean up, please, if possible?

Hello all

This is a picture of my Mum, Charlotte Annie Burton, taken I believe in the mid 1930's - she was born in 1914.

I think it's a lovely snapshot, and would dearly love it cleaned up a bit, if at all possible?
