Well it was not a great success, although it was nice to get out in the fresh air and mud for a couple of hours
Out of the 2 cemeteries (Linthorpe and St. Joseph's North Ormesby) and the 9 graves visited, there was only
one with a headstone - and that had a big bushy fir tree growing right in front of the stone which madpants kindly pulled aside so that I could take a photo.

There was another gravestone, right plot, but for the wrong name:-
JonathanW, the grave number for William Bingham did have a headstone, but for a different person, whether a relation or not I don't know, but took a photo of it too. The name was Mary Firth, who died May 4th 1891 - is she connected to your Binghams?
