Yes - she will have died between 1851 and 1861,  they seemed to have lived in the Bedfont area of Middx at that time.

In 1851 Elizabeth's place of birth is given as Boyden Norfolk and I see that William is consistant in saying he was born in Harmsworth in Hampshire - I am not sure where Harmsworth is though - it isn't a parish as far as I can see

Debbie if you would be good enough to let me have all the info on the census 1841,,51,61 for William and Elizabeth I would be most grateful.

I googled mapped both places and nothing came up so I will have to investigate old maps.

Thank you for your help.

Hi again   :)

I think I have located Harmsworth, Hampshire - it appears to be a small hamlet in the parish of Old Arlesford,  there are Westbrooks there at that time according to the IGI but unfortunatly I couldn't see a likely baptism for your William

Goodmorning Debbie,

Thank you for all the information you have found for me.

It has given me a lot to work on.

I was googling all sorts of maps last night looking for Boyden and Harmsworth and didn't find anything more than 3 different possibilities for Boyden in Norfolf.

I'm away for the weekend as my other half is taking me away for my birthday so I'm disappointed I can't start on that bit of the tree straight away.  I will of course start on Monday.

Thanks again Debbie

Can someone look up two baptisms in Oxford St Giles:

     James Newbery ca 1818

     Thomas Newbery ca 1833

Both were sons of Thomas Newbery and Ann Blampin.

Thank you!
