hi Phr33k,it looks like the typical type of clothing
for the time.I'm useless at describing the details
but I've always wondered why the camera flash
was reflected off marys right shoulder,that maybe
 there was some kind of brooch there but I don't think
shoulder pads would have been in fashion in 1908
and I know mary loved her up to date fashion .button up
 boots being her favourite thing at the time too according to
 an amusing family story.

Oh  Carolyn,thats really gorgeous.thank you so much
for your hard work.I do have the original which I posted
on another board on rootschat a long time ago (not
the restoration board) when a kind rootschatter did some
 work on it ,although at the time it was a smaller scan.
if its ok to post it again I will do that when I've rescanned
 at a higher resolution.as has been said many times on this
board but worth repeating is that the talent you all display
is amazing,
