Hi,
If anyone has access to the 1841 or 1851 census for Harborne please could you look for a George Troth and his wife Anne

It's for a freind who has been trying to solve a mystery for many years all he knows is the couple were married in Harborne in 1823 both of the parish with consent of parents so we don't know the ages.

Any help with this would be a wonderful breakthrough for him.
Many thanks for any help Becky

Becky

Their is only 3 George Troth's that I can see over 23 counties including Staffs and most of the Midlands.....

The only George Troth anywhere near the age you are looking for ie a minor (under 21) in 1823 is this one...........

1841
WORCESTER STREET, BROMSGROVE, WORCESTERSHIRE
BENJAMIN GILES  30  NAIL M   Y
SARAH         "       25       "       Y
ELIZA          "       2                  Y
GEORGE TROTH   30  BUTTON M   Y
THOMAS MUMFORD 20  AG LAB     Y
SARAH TROTH      60                     Y
-------------------------
*remember to apply the 1841 rule ie 30-35=30, 25-30=25 etc etc
