(coincidence- in 1871 jessie Caroline, parents and siblings lived at this address!!!! jessie Caroline's father was a tailor.)
( in 1851 next door to the Woods was Joseph banks who was a tailor and lodging house keeper - his brother and sis in law and their children and lots of lodgers lived there too - maybe the woods next door took in "overspill" from the lodging house. Wonder if jessie caroline's father lodged there at some time? )

Just been looking at the birth of Walter and Alice' children- you state you can confirm they had a son Thomas in 1904 and son john in 1907

Walter and Alice didn't marry until 1905
