1861 Lookup for Sealey

Hello

I am wondering if anyone can help me?

I am trying to find where the mother of one of my ancestors is in 1861. 
She was born, I think, in North Perrott, Somerset.  This is where she was living in 1851.  Her name is Eliza or Elizabeth Sealey and her age is estimated at this time to be either 16 or 23.

She could be a domestic servant for another family.

If anyone can help me I would be very grateful.

Both Eliza and Elizabeth are on 1851 census, but I am not sure who the mother is as on my ancestors birth certificate the name is Elizabeth Sealey which theoretically could be either of them. 

There is no father but an old family tale that his mother worked as a servant for the real father who has not been named on the birth certificate.  He was 'added on' to the family and didn't know that his real mother was his sister   

I don't think I will ever know who his real father was! Just trying to gather as much information as possible.

I know this is a really old post, so you may well have all the information you wanted. However, I just recently got a copy of some of the parish records for North Perrott, so had a look for your Eliza and Elizabeth's baptisms. They are -

3 Jul 1837 Elizabeth Slade Sealy - Parents Robert and Elizabeth (Cordwainer)
4 May 1845 Eliza Sealy - Parents Robert and Elizabeth (Cordwainer)

If both names were in the family, I'm fairly sure that Eliza would never be known as Elizabeth.....
