Hi Cathlene...do you have the original of your dad's photo? If you do, could you please rescan it at a higher resolution, 300-600 dpi (the higher the better) and in colour, even if it's a b&w photo...the restorers are going to need all the help they can get if anybody's going to tackle it
If the file is over 500kb, you will have to reduce the size a bit.
Do not compress. Reduce, save, see how big it is now, and repeat until it's under 500kb.
And as mentioned, please start a new thread...some people don't revisit old threads.
