Yes I'm with A* and it is private tree for now(got fed up with a certain someone lifting photos off which had nothing to do with thier family, I 've cooled off so will make it public again.

I think Jennie P's Maiden name was Starr but not convinced

Thanks for the offer

 :) :)

Definately wierd,

If she was married 34 yrs that would make it 1866 when they married , so my guess of jennie starr and joseph owram M 1870 wouldn't be correct( wrong yet again)

Thanks Mab

Unfortunately only a portion of the US 1890 census is intact and they are not in the remaining bits.

I wouldn't discount that marriage as she was 75 years old in 1900 and maybe just guessed  :)

Interesting about having 4 children.

Found them in 1870 in Berlin, Erie, Ohio

Sorry the 1870 doesn't give much info........it appears that they are sharing the address with an Elizabeth Piper age 40 dressmaker born Massachusetts, and a William (18) Brenner Farm Lab and a Warren (10) Brenner  :-\

Strange I've only found the one, just makes you wonder if its worthwhile going global with A*, no doubt lots of my vanished relatives emigrated in that period.

Allan

Just seen your latest Posting for 1870, thanks

By the way Minnie's second name is Alice.

I found them in 1910 living still in Toledo with their three kids and a David Murray age 72 widow married 45 years - he emigrated from Scotland in 1884 - Father of Hugh Murray.

And guess who lives next door....Lester M Starr and his wife Hattie......hmmmmm..... he is 55 born New York an Accountant.
