no dramas

ok, now I am respectfully dressed, brekky done and housework can wait some.
Burials at Skipton.Winn, Jonathon, son of Mathew and Elizabeth of Embsay, carpenter, buried on the 16/9/1756
Winn, Martha, daughter of Mathew of Eastby, carpenter, buried 5/8/1751
Winn, Mathew, son of Mathew of Eastby, labourer, buried 11/1/1754
Winn, Susanna, widow of Eastby, buried 11/6/1756
Wynne, Francis of Eastby, pensioner, buried 3/3/1734
Wynne, Agnes, daughter of Francis and Susannah, a labourer of Eastby, buried 12/4/1721
Ok, so with this we know that Mathew was of Eastby and was a carpenter for the birth/burials of children listed from both wives, Mary and Elizabeth.
ie:The baptism of Martha in 1751 on IGI states Mathew and Mary, her burial in 1751 states father is a carpenter.
Also same for Jonathon, baptism on IGI and burial.
I wonder if Mary died during childbirth, that being Martha in 1751.
Wish my baptisms went earlier on cd.
It seems pretty certain that this is the same Mathew who has married twice, but reality it would be important to verify this and we have ruled out his second marriage as providing details for him being a widow, and cannot find death of first wife, Mary.
I will keep looking and see what I can come up with, I have tried so many variations - even Whin. If you can think of any other variations let me know, but really gave the 'W's a full work out for that timeslot.
I will take up the challenge
