McAllister family Moneymore

I am researching the McAllister family of Moneymore. I have John McAllister married to Margaret Jane McGill in Desertmartin RC 1860.
John McAllister was son of James McAllister (Butcher) and Margaret McIlhone.
Margaret Jane was daughter of Patrick McGill (Land Surveyor) and Helen McGuigan.
I am now trying to get info on the McGills, McIlhones/McElhones and McGuigans.

Hi, Emerald Ancestors has John McAllister marrying Margaret Jane McGill on 27 Dec 1857 in Moneymore Roman Catholic Church.
