Hey all, I'm doing some research for a friend of mine, and was hoping for the censuses of her family before they came to Australia. They were:
- James Furnell, born c.1822, had children Mary (c.1847), George (c.1850) and James (c.1854). Lived in London, immigrated 1858
- James Gooding, born c.1817, wife Miriam (or Mary Ann), son John (c.1836). Lived Somerset, immigrated 1844
- William Nimmo, born 1824, Lanarkshire, wife Janet Blair, born 1829, Clackmannanshire, married 1848, children Margaret (c.1850), George (c.1851). Lived Alloa, Clackmannan, immigrated 1852
- William Hollands, born c.1819, Kent, married 1839 Sarah Chapman, children Sarah (c.1839), Alice (1843), Anna (1845), Susannah (1848). Lived Lewisham, immigrated 1853
- Donald Robertson, born 1807, Kenmore, Perth married 1850, Isabella McDiarmid born 1819, Killin, Perth. Children Janet (1851), Killin, immigrated 1855
- Robert Yea, born 1824, Torquay Devon (s/o William & Eleanor) married 1857 Australia, Catherine Cumming Wootton, born 1840, Torquay (d/o John & Catherine). Immigrated ??
- George Alexander Croucher born 1815, Sopley, Hampshire (S/o Joseph & Frances). In Australia before 1853
- Henry Lord married Sally Howard 1841, Manchester. Children William (1842), Edward, Hannah (1848), James (1850), Susanna (1852). Lived in Royton/Chadderton, immigrated 1863 (Henry didn't come to Oz)
- Charles Matthew Handford, born 1831, Glossop, Derby (s/o Joseph & Mary). Immigrated 1863.
