Hello Anthony, I am sorry that I cannot help you out with the 1901 census...however, that would be a big help to you, as Pearson is quite a common name. One thing I can help you with is to eliminate one factor. I have the readings of the MIs in Whickham cemetery...there are only two stones for any Pearson people. One is for a William Henry Pearson who was born in Newcastle on Tyne - so that's not yours. The only other Pearson stone is a very old one that is mostly illegible; however, it refers to a son named Jonathan. Again, not yours. So, it appears that none of your male Pearsons were buried there. If you do find any of the marriages for the women in the family, I would be pleased to try to find them in my fiche. Finally, you may have better success with your request if you make a new posting and put it on the County Durham board with the heading of "Pearson family census in 1901" or some such identifier. Happy hunting! Pat
