Difficulty registering

I have just registered at the fourth attempt.  I could not find a 'contact us' button so I am posting this here and hope that someone at head office will read it.  I entered the code I could see (which consisted of numbers and upper case letters) three times, only to be told that there was an error.  It was only when I took a chance and entered the letters as lower case that I registered (successfully).  The instructions reinforce the use of upper case letters since they say: 'You must read and type the 6 chars within 0..9 and A..F' [And why abbreviate 'characters'?]

So could someone please sort this out.  Thanks

Yes must admit it was well worth the effort of registering it is a brilliant site and I have had lots of help hope grabagrannie gets as much out of the site as I have already thanks.
