You folks should also take a look at the will of William (IIRC) Trigg, a "Protestant gentleman" of Wexford, who died around 1866. He was a brush maker, with a shop on Main St. A grandson of his married a relative of mine.

Hi there - I just noticed your post. I did not seem to get a notification of it, which is unusual.
Anyway, regarding William Trigg:
Years ago I noticed a mention of him in a journal or book article. IIRC it was to the effect that his children appeared in both the Catholic and CofI parish registers. Can't remember where exactly I saw this reference.
In any case, William was married to Mary Culliton, and two of their children's baptisms appear in the Catholic registers, namely
- Elizabeth Triggs, bapt. 18-2-1810, and
- Thomas Triggs, bapt. 4-12-1812.
Either Elizabeth or another unknown daughter married Dr. Mathew Devereaux of Wexford.
