Wombatz.  if you do a search on ancestry you get a list of names.
 On the left is a 'view record' tab.   
Click on this and the page for the record appears, and at the bottom is the 'source citation'.
It will be for RG or HO107 and the piece, folio and page.  That's what you need to reference a record.
