Please Date,Clean and Restore Grandpop

Can you please Date and give grandpop a clean and restore the picture is begging to fall apart it is held together in places with co op stamps. the reason I ask for it to be dated is the the car and lorry should give a time span any one who has knowledge of cars might be able to give a date.

Guessing at the 1920s to early 1930s, ... can't quite make out what models the vehicles are, but they're similar to marques of that era
