I haven't got access to the Wood Norton MIs but the 1851 census index does mention a Catherine Rayson aged 20 in Dereham, a draper's assistant and there were three female Raysons in Wood Norton, possibly her mother and two sisters but that would have to be checked.
Susan aged 49, Publican, Widow.
Anna aged 15,
Rebecca aged 13.
I have also cheched the Norfolk marriages index for 1803-36 and see that Thomas Rayson married Susanna Gill in Norwich St John Maddermarket on 10 June 1822, this would fit nicely.
In 1836 Thomas Rayson was landlord of The Sun in wood norton and Baker and in 1845-56 Susanna Rayson was landlady of the Sun and shopkeeper according to directories.
If you need further assistance I do offer a research service, details of which you can get if you want by PM.
Best of luck in your researches.
