The original poster still hasn't been online (since 2005). The 2nd one (Scotchegg) was last online in 2014 so hopefully they will see your message but since they didn't bother to reply earlier it's just a matter of luck.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

found a charles neeson on the 1851 census (emerald ancestors) age 15 tullynewey,dunaghy antrim.
there is also an andrew age 20 with the same address.
have no idea if this is your family.
