Hello Moonbeam & David, I am the granddaughter of the other Mary Cameron McGhee married to Donald Campbell in Australia. I have an Ancestry Tree called Campbell McGhee Jones. If either of you would like to have access let me know and I will list you as contributors. I was the original Penem of 2009, I can't believe that this Rootschat is still functioning. Love to hear from you I may start a new Tree just with the McGhees and Cameron's. Regards Helen ( ceridwen111 )

"The Sorn Glasgow" is a misleading name for this topic. It was thought that the family owned property in Glasgow called the Sorn. In actual fact the property was in Sorn in Ayrshire at Gilmilnscroft owned by George McGhee in 1890 passed down from his mother Mary Cameron married to James McGhee. The ownership of this property was still in dispute in 1924. It was a farm of some type called Whale farm? Ceridwen
