Dear Selhurst,
Thank you for your reply, we must be partly related lol! I'm related to William through Thomas. Maybe we could compare notes sometime? How are you getting on with your research?

Dear Toby,

Thank you very much for looking those up for me, that was very kind of you, I'm most grateful.
Thank you for your offer of more help. I'll look at another angle of attack or more places!
I'll get back to you soon.
Thanks once again

Hi Alan,

Thank you for your reply.

Yes I do have that information, which first informed me of William's father, Robert.

I'm struggling on their births however and find it a little strange that I can find quite a lot of Warner burials in a time frame before and after wm and rbts births, in the Southleigh area, but no Warner births.
I could understand a few coming from outside an area but whole generations without births seems strange.

However I'll continue to search, hoping that they were born close by and all just ended up in Southleigh/Stanton(Have a few Stanton Harcourt births)
I'm beginning to wonder if a lot were not baptised and wonder if being farmers, their children could work the land at an earlier age, if people didn't know their age or that they even existed!
