Back Wheeler

Hi,
I have found someone in my tree whose occupation was
Back Wheeler.
He lived in Clitheroe, Lancashire and i am assuming that he worked in
Low Moor mill with the rest of the family.
Can anybody tell me what a back Wheeler was please?
I have googled it but it hasn't helped!

The nearest that I can get is "back washer" who was responsible for cleaning the wool in a woollen mill.

thanks, that was all I found too.
I think I will phone up a working mill and ask them  :-\

I have checked in the SIT and we don't have any common locations with our names which correspond
