Leigh /Tyrer marriage look up please

Please can any one help with a look up for a James Leigh and Catherine Tyrer  circa  1885 -1891. I believe they would have been married around the belle green lane ,ince in makerfield area.
Phoebe Millicent Leigh was born sep 1892  5 Smiths houses Belle green lane parents are said to be James Leigh  Labourer at "iron works"and Catherine Leigh formally Tyrer.

Where did you get the info from re: her birth?  Freebmd shows she was born in 1891 not 1892

Is that info coming from her actual birth cert or somebody else's info as there is no match for those names in 1901 or any marriage on freebmd/LancsBmd

Yes sorry 1891  I have her birth cert tryingg to write down from memory.

Her Mother died when she was about 6  Edwin Rowson and Elizabeth nee leigh adopted her  1901 census she can be found in swerford aged 9.
I have all Elizabeth ellens sisters and brother and mother and Father as I believe some how they are related.
This is why I need to find some marriage (if there ever was one) to confirm where James Leigh fitted 
Also Elizabeth ellens Mother Catherine Leigh was also a TYRER before her marriage to Richard Leigh/Lee
She wouldn't be Phoebe's mother as she would be far to old.

Which suggests the marriage to James Leigh could have been quite a number of years before 1885

If Catherine was born around 1849 - she could have married in the late 1870's
