What makes you think they were "non-conformists" ?
The fact that they married in All Saints Parish Church
( a "parish" church=Anglican= Church of England= "conformist" )
does not necessarily indicate that they were Anglicans,
As in that era, the only legal way to marry in England & Wales was in a Parish Church - (Quakers and Jewish folk were exempted from this law) So many non-conformists married in Parish churches.
But in Newcastle there was nothing to prevent "non-conformists" ( e.g. Presbyterians, Methodists, Roman Catholics) from baptising their children in their "own" churches.
So folk marrying in a Parish Church, then baptising their children in a Parish Church, are likely to be Anglicans/Church of England, not non-conformists !
