Hello Nic and a very warm welcome to Rootschat,

I am really pleased that you have made contact. Only yesterday, I was wondering whether Hugh was still alive, and how I could quickly get in touch.

Hugh is/was my late father's first cousin, making your wife, Rebecca, my second cousin. His mother, Dorothy Gladys nee Levy (pictured below with husband Donald Owen) was one of the three sisters of my grandfather, Nigel.

Where are you writing from? I currently work in Manchester M to F, spending the weekends at home in Dublin.

Look forward to hearingfrom you, Justin

Hi Justin
Did you find out when Edwin returned to UK? I think it was just pre WW2 but have no proof other than his first appearance in Perivale is 1938.
Hope to hear from you as I am near the end of the Margaret White saga.
Regards
David
