William Cleaver Launceston, Tasmania

I am trying to find information on a William Cleaver who emigrated  from England to Tasmania about 1839 and in 1874 lived in Launceston at Chapel House, York Street, Launceston. He is supposed to have lived until he was about 103  and died Feb 1883 or Feb 1884.

Any details of the emigration or of William and his family would be very welcome

He is listed on the Colonial Tasmanian Family Links database,  but it dosnt give any new details,  and no details to emigration just says he was born 1781 and died 1883 

couldnt see anything in the immigration section sorry  :(

A William Cleaver appears in the Launceston Assessment Roll of 1856 living at 36 Bathurst St.
