I am researching my husband's grandmother Jane SPENCELAYH.  I am not getting on very well with this surname!!

I have her sister Margaret married to John WOOD. Children Robert, Midddlesbro 1852 Edward Spencelayh, Middlesbro 1845  and John 1836 Whitby. 

I have just purchased the books of 1851 census Middlesbrough. HO107/2383 Folios k to  z 190 - 412

Folio 268

I want to find the youngest child to find the marriage of Margaret Spencelayh to Robert Wood.  Can anyone help please?

Just in case you don't have the 1851 details, Noreen, the family are staying at Margaret's father's, John SPENDELOW (and Edward's name is spelled Spendelow as well). Jane and James Rose are also there - I suspect they are the ones you are tracing?

I will purchase the marriage certificate.   I have done hardly an research yet.
