Need Advice on connecting HEDGES brothers #1

Charlotte HEDGES b. 1874 Raliegh Essex. Married George Broom b. 1872 Rochester
Charlotte Is the daughter of Elias HEDGES b. 1844 and Alice REYNOLDS b. 1846
I have sent for the marriage cert. of Charlotte and George.

Hope you have a wonderful evening.
I too am quite attached to the Hedges brothers   I understand later generations were a lovely
bunch of people. Samson was very well thought of and his wife Eliza who had 14 children and died at only 54, I think, was a very harsh looking woman who had a heart of gold.
Would it help if I ordered the certificates for these.

Have we found the certificate for William Hedges and Eliza Clark on Medway CityArk?

I have the certificate foe William and Eliza Clark already James.

I spent as long as I could yesterday looking for these on Cityark yesterday going through all the Medway churches with no luck so ordered the certificates last night.

I just found the certificate for Sampson Hedges and Margaret Perfect.  I didn't know about this marriage.  It happens to be on the page before the marriage of William Hedges and Eliza Clark.

I'm sure you knew about this already but I didn't.

Were there children from this marriage?  I realise he married secondly to Bridget Friday and had a son Sampson Hedges with her.

Yes I have this marriage and you are correct he did marry twice. They only had one son Sampson Born 13 July 1872. To my knowledge he had no more children.
