Ann Willcock 1775 ?Fishtoft - Anymore Willcock Researchers
« on: Saturday 18 October 08 23:58 BST (UK) »
I have hit a brickwall with this family.

Ann Willcock's parents were Thomas Willcock c1750 ?Fishtoft? and Mary Temple 1747 Fishtoft, although Mary had been married previously to a John Smedley.

I can't find any siblings for Ann, nor can I find any parents or siblings for her father.

Ann married Solomon Pepper in 1806 in Fishtoft and had oodles of children.

Any Fishtoft or Willcock help gratefully received.

Hi
Looking at LFHS marriage index, there were a lot of Willcock marriages in Frieston through the 1700's to early 1800's.
Shame I haven't got the Bap records
Cheers

Hi Barry

Yeah, I've seen those marriages, even looked at them in the Parish Records, but can't find a common link, must be one somewhere.

Hi
Have you looked at the Baptism records for the parish and the surrounding ones.
Cheers

Hi Barry

I've looked at some of the surrounding Parishes, but I'm afraid I got a bit fed up.  There are also a few Willcock families going Holbeach way too.  It isn't a very common spelling, but could change with each generation I suppose.  Thomas has just popped up from nowhere.
