Thank you to Terry, Irene, Jim and Caz who have restored my photo. All are just wonderful. ;D ;D

IgorStrav - yes they do look young. I am of the opinion that the baby is their first, so that makes the picture 1910.  Ages  would have been 23 and 21 at that time.

The colour versions are just excellent. A very talented group of people.

Judy is quite right, this is going to be addictive.

I am very grateful , thank you again, regards Meg  :)

Hello Meg and all,

I'm new here too but love the old photographs.  I also love learning to restore old photos and this is the perfect place.  Anyways, here is my attempt to colorize your grandparents.  Hope you like it.
RESTORES: If I have done a restore for you and you want a printed copy, let me know so I can send you the full-sized file, not scaled for this site.

Thank you very much mlmaxey.

The old photographs are lovely to look at. I certainly enjoy looking at all of them here on this site.

Your colouring is excellent and I cannot believe that you say you are a learner. I hope you continue to enjoy restoring the pictures, as people like me certainly enjoy seeing what can be done with them and look forward to seeing the end result.

Thank you again
Meg :) :)

Well, thanks Meg!  Comments like that will surely help keep me going.  I just wish I had more time to dedicate to restoration.   Everyday and every time I adjust a photo I learn something new, maybe soon I will get good enough so it doesn't take 4-5 hours per picture :P.  Oh well, as long as it stays fun and interesting I'll keep doing it.
