David Shaw

I am looking for any information on David Shaw.  He married Mary Ann Grey on 17th December 1826 at Boston (extracted entry on IGI).  I can't find him on the 1841 census although Mary is listed as a wife but assume that he might be the David Shaw who according to the Lincolnshire Burial Index died in 1840 and is buried at St. Botolph, Boston aged 40.  Therefore he would have been born approx 1799.

My marriage index says Mary Ann GREY was a widow.

Perhaps the Mary Ann BLADES who married Dawson GRAY at Boston 17 May 1819

Hmmm ... Dawson GRAY buried at Burgh le Marsh 4 July 1824 aged 20  - IGI has him bap 1799.

Two kids bap at Boston before his death.

I always think of SHAW as a Yorkshire name.
