Census lookup please

Can someone please try and find a Mary Howe and family.  She was born in Herrington/Herrington, Durham in 1839, her father was Joseph Howe but I have no details on her mother. 

I have Marys marriage cert which states that her father was deceased in 1859 when she married John Bell in the Flag Lane Chapel, Sunderland, and was living in the township of Ford. I believe from searches that the chapel is no longer in existence.

Joseph was a labourer.

I know this will probably be a big ask as I have found many Mary Howes in my searches.  I am assuming that Joseph would have been born c 1819 but not sure where or what county.

Thanks for your reply, it could be the family I am after, since then I have been sent Marys marriage cert, it states that Joseph her father was a labourer, and I was hoping to confirm in one way or another.

The definitive way to find her mother's name is to purchase her birth certificate.
