You are right in that Buffalo Tce was to the south of Harris Bank. As I understand it, it stood along the roadside in the general area of the Drs and the Swimming pool. I also had family living there at one time

Arnell: Wrekenton County Durham, Newcastle Upon Tyne - and possibly Norfolk.
Russell: Berwick Upon Tweed.

I hate to use this 4 letter word but "Slum" Clearance seems to affecting Buffalo Terrace in the 1930's.
