Unfortunately, until Hugh returns to talk to his fanclub here (jokiing Hugh, I'm a fan too!) and makes a few more posts, we can't contact him by Personal Message.

for Hugh's information, a new Rootschatter can't use the Personal Message system until they have made three posts on the board - this to prevent spamming by PM.

Sorry not to be more helpful - even Bob's magic wand can't sort that one, though!
