Found the marriage in Hartlepool  :-\

18 Feb 1860 John Hutton (widower, Shoemaker),  full age, of Hartlepool, son of William Hutton (Shoemaker) married Jane Dowson (Spinster),  full age, of Hartlepool, daughter of Thomas Dowson (Labourer), married after banns by Robt. Taylor
Witnesses: Thomas Dowson, John Horsley

Looked for that for ages. One site has the family indexed as DAWSON, and one as DOWSON, and it is Dowson on the image
