This looks like the Will entry for one of my Ancestors - Ann Hebden (born Ann Ruston, 1802, married 1830, widowed in 1858, presume died c. 1867?).
I'm no expert but guess the translation is along these lines:
1867.1118 - Year will registered and register entry number (not sure where, maybe Inland Revenue Probate Division?)
..
Thomas Stephenson etc - £270
on trust - Grandaughter Ann Foster £19 19s (19 guineas) at age 21
?? other wealth ?? between Daughter Esther, wife of Robert Monkman, labourer of Cawthorn (or Cropton!) and 2 sons Ruston and George (Esther's remaining siblings - There was an elder sister Margaret who had died aged 21 in 1855 and a younger sister Joanna who was presumably deceased too as not mentioned.)
Rest between daughter and sons - George to get a Desk/clock etc, and the rest of the furniture to the daughter.
Witnessed: Thomas Bowes and John Hammond
??administration granted?? to daughter as no executor named
£300 Sureties ??Thomas Stephenson?? and John Watson, a Gentlemen from pickering.
I'd guess that Thomas was a widower (of Margaret or Joanna) and their daughter was Ann Foster?
This isn't a part of our Family History that we've explored in detail yet!

Thomas Stephenson is one of my ancestors who was a farmer in cawthorn according to the 1851 census, unfortunately can't find original link to site any help on translating abbreviations appreciated.
