I am having problems too
I knew I had seen this post but couldn't find it again
I can access emails from the laptop but not the PC
son can't access his emails from his PC or the laptop
we are with vigin media too

Mine is o.k again now, it was off for a couple of days but after I contacted the customer services it got sorted out.
