Balgue/Clarke/ Cauwood Barnsley

Hello, I am looking for information on John Robert Clarke/Clark, born Royston 1805, his wife Ann born Barnsley 1812 and there son John Francis Charles Clarke born Calton 1836,

And Robert Cauwood surgeon Barnsley, Robert married Mai Balgue in !838, Maria died in 1845:
I am looking any children.

Not sure if you already have this information.... sorry if you do....

I found John F C CLARKE in the UK Census 1851 - 1871.

In 1851 he was at school in Campsall Yorkshire in Bournsdale Summer House.  Aged 14, a scholar, his birthplace given as Carlton Yorkshire.

In 1861  he was living with his mother Ann in 8 Pontefract Road Court # 3.  Ann was described as Married, a Proprietor of Houses, and John F C was a Maltser, employing one man.

1871 he was living Keresforth Hill, Barnsley, but now he is a farmer of 118 Acres employing 2 labourers.  His mother Ann is still with him but now listed as being a widow.

ADDED  In 1881 John still with Ann in Barnsley, 14 Churchfield, now a commission agent.  1891 he and Ann in 58 Sackville Street, a Commission Agent for Coal and Timber.

Hi Again

Robert CAUWOOD appears to have remarried after Maria's death to a Margaret SHAW.  They turn up  on the 1851 Census in Barnsley.  Robert's occupation is given as M.R.C.S. V. A. L.  London, a General Practitioner of Chem???  ( too hard to read, all smudged ).  His birthplace is given as Whitby Yorkshire.  Margaret's daughter Mary SHAW is with them, aged 8 norn Sandal.

In 1861 he and Margaret are still in Barnsley, with Mary SHAW.  Robert's occupation is M.R.C.S.A.L. Surgeon and Registrar of Marriages, birthplace Ecclesfield.

I can't find any children of Robert and Maria on the Census.
