Mil(l)ward and Bonsall
In case it is of interest, in terms of DNA the Derbyshire surnames of Mil(l)ward and Bonsall are very unusual in the UK, the Y DNA (i.e. male) being E1b1b1b*A. It is possible the original ancestor(s) were slaves who came to Britain with the Romans.
