My husband has Jupps in his family and they seem to originate from Horsham, Sussex but they all seemed to move into Kent and London in about the late 1800's. The name Jupp does come up on the LDS website back to about the 1500's all in Horsham.

Not sure this of any help. When we get the opportunity will post more info about our Jupp line.

Hi i am really sorry i havent written back to you id given up on all the family history,i was just browsing through and realised you had left a message thanks, the jupps side was very depressing i have contacted a lot of jupps in the past and like you say they all came from horsham /brighton way they all came back to me in the past and said that none of my jupp side were connected they had never heard of them. there seems to be hundreds all connected to each other but not mine which i found was weird thats why i gave up.
