Belfast look up please..

Could anyone please help me to look up a XXX goes by his second name Joe,born XXXX in belfast. He had three sisters Marjorie, Daphney and Muriel. His mothers name was also Muriel his fathers name is either Norman or Joseph i don't know whether he was using his second name. He was from around the hollywood area. Any information would be great,

HE LEFT US WHEN WE WERE YOUNG ,I WAS BORN IN 1970 ALTHOUGH HE MARRIED MY MUM MARY THEY NEVER DIVORCED
IM 41 AND MY NAME IS NICOLA MARIE CONKEY,
I CAN VAGELY REMEMBER GRANNY CONKEY AND MY AUNT MURIEL
IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND THEM FOR YEARS
